Terms and Conditions of Use
THIS IS A CONTRACT. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS BEFORE PURCHASING A TICKET AND REGISTERING FOR A COURSE. BY PURCHASING A TICKET AND REGISTERING FOR A COURSE, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE COVENANTS AND CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU CANNOT TAKE A COURSE OFFERED BY THE SOCIAL MEDIA STUDIO.
BY PURCHASING A TICKET AND REGISTERING FOR A COURSE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS. YOU ALSO AGREE TO REVIEW THIS AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGREEMENT, WHICH MODIFICATIONS THE SOCIAL MEDIA STUDIO MAY MAKE AT ANY TIME. YOUR ATTENDANCE OF COURSES HELD BY THE SOCIAL MEDIA STUDIO WILL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF ANY MODIFIED AGREEMENT.

2. Modification of Terms.
Social Media Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Except as otherwise stated herein, any change to these Terms is effective immediately after Social Media Studio gives notice to the attendee. Notice can be given through e-mail, a posting on the Site or any other means by which an attendee may obtain notice. User agrees to check the Site periodically for changes to these Terms. Any use of the Site after changes have been made shall be deemed acceptance of those changed terms and/or conditions.
3. Refund Policies & Fees
Courses are non-refundable upon a course start date; except that attendee may cancel a course in writing up to three (7) calendar days before course start date and receive a full refund of order.
Refunds may also be issued by Social Media Studio if Social Media Studio cancels a course prior to the course start date. All courses are subject to cancellation. See section 4 for details.
All fees are refunded for orders for which Social Media Studio issue a complete 100% refund. Refunds can take up to 5-7 business days after Social Media Studio issues the refund to appear in the attendee’s bank account, depending on their bank.
4. All courses are subject to cancellation. Social Media Studio holds the right to cancel a course if Social Media Studio deems the situation worthy. Upon cancellation, Social Media Studio will provide notice to attendee prior to the course start date, and will then issue a full refund. Refer to section 3 for Refund Policies.
5. Discount Code Terms and Conditions
No exchange or surrender for cash value
If an existing attendee receives a discount code:
The attendee will be unable to use the code on a past course or a course they have already registered for. It is only to be used on future courses. In addition, each code is valid for one attendee per household. If it is found that the attendee has purchased more than one course using the same discount code, Social Media Studio has the right to cancel the registration and charge at amount value of the course.
6. Prohibited Conduct.
Attendee and User expressly agrees to refrain from doing, either personally or through an agent, any of the following “Prohibited Conduct”:
Transmit, install, upload or otherwise transfer any virus, advertisement, communication, or other item or process to the Site or Course that in any way affects the use, enjoyment or service of the Site, or adversely affects Social Media Studio’s computers, servers or databases.
Capture, download, save, upload, print or otherwise retain information and content available on the Site or Course other than what is expressly allowed by these Terms.
Permit or provide others Access to the OTL using Your user name and password or otherwise, or the name and password of another authorized User.
Copy, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, redistribute, republish, alter, create derivative works from, assign, license, transfer or adapt any of the software, information, text, graphics, source code or HTML code, or other content available on the Site or Course.
Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, legal notices, or other proprietary notations from the content available on the Site or Course.
7. Copyrights, Trademarks and Other Proprietary Rights.
Social Media Studio and Brands represented during the Course and mentioned elsewhere shall retain all worldwide rights in the intellectual property in and on the Site and also during the Course. All social networks and brands mentioned during the course or on the site are retain full copyright of their brand. Social Media Studio does not solicit any of the brands mentioned.
If You submit any unsolicited intellectual property, idea, copyrightable material, invention, discovery, improvement, trade secret or know-how to Social Media Studio, You may forfeit Your intellectual property rights and moral rights contained in such communication or material.
